In our ongoing pursuit of continuous improvement, the Process–Quality team recently organized a workshop to empower our team members to enhance their leadership and management skills through Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence.
The "Executive Masterclass Series - Mastering Operational Effectiveness using Lean Six Sigma" course was a comprehensive program aimed at deepening participants' insights into Process and Quality Audits within the context of Operational Excellence. This enlightening session was expertly facilitated by Nonell, our Total Quality Management Manager.
The innovative and gamified structure of the workshop delved into a myriad of concepts and frameworks strategically designed to elevate the quality of OBP's services to the next level. Among the focal points were the pivotal role of individuals in driving performance through effective team management, the paramount importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction over mere process improvement, and a nuanced exploration of audit initiatives within the framework of ISO standards.
