Offshore Business Processing attended the Philippine HR Expo and Symposium (PHRES) 2022 on November 22-25, 2022 at Marco Polo Ortigas, Manila. The event was made for HR practitioners to help them enhance their capabilities that will contribute to their respective organizations.
PHRES gave the attendees an exposure to the design, process, and execution of different strategies of HR in a global scenario. There were more than 30 sessions across more than 10 timely topic areas including Training and Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Appraisal, HR Technology, Work Innovation, Mental Health, and Employee Engagement. More than 50 inspirational speakers specializing in different areas of HR were invited to participate during the event.
