The OBP Management Team

OBP is an established independent offshoring outsourcing firm with Australian roots committed to uphold commitment, excellence and partnerships in all its endeavors. Its staff is its culture and its management team serves as its captain. Its management team of highly skilled professionals is adept in offshoring work in a range of industries.


Our Managing Director, Maryann Farrugia was a visionary in offshore processing when she started a small web development team in Manila 10 years ago to service her Australian client base. She noticed how culturally similar Australians and Filipinos were in how they design and communicate and saw this as an opportunity to develop the BPO industry in Australia.

Our Finance and Operations Director, Peter DeAngelis spent a lot of time travelling to and from the Philippines over the years. His knowledge of the Philippines, the Filipino culture and his understanding of the BPO industry placed him in a unique position to be able to combine the two with ease.

Peter and Maryann create a formidable team. With Maryann's remarkable sales and marketing experience and Peter's many years of finance and operations experience, OBP was created. Both individuals are committed to providing an excellent, innovative and efficient BPO service.
