With over 10 years of business process outsourcing (BPO) experience, Chris brings solid familiarity on the BPO industry and proven record of management skills. He has received Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. As OBP’s Process Development Manager, his responsibility entails the establishment and development of processes as well as sustain lasting client partnerships. This carries the importance of creating a strong framework on quality that will help OBP engage more clients worldwide.
"My contribution is mainly in providing and improving streamlined and effective processes for our clients," said Chris.
