Christmas Continues at Offshore Business Processing

Jan 07, 2021

Despite the challenges that everyone went through in the year 2020, nothing should stop us from celebrating one of the most anticipated holidays of the year. Although celebrations moved online through a virtual party, Offshore Business Processing was no exception to the rule as the celebration was highly memorable and enjoyable for the entire management and staff.

Offshore Business Processing is not only known for providing the best outsourcing services to clients but also ensuring the well-being of the employees through engaging activities and amazing prizes to help keep them motivated and have something to look forward to at the end of the year. This is also a way of thanking our hard-working dedicated teams who always give out their 100% and more for our clients and partners.

The virtual Christmas Party was held last December which kicked off with a thanksgiving prayer and the national anthem of both Australia and the Philippines. The virtual event was also graced by the CEO of Offshore Business Processing. Right after the opening remarks of the program, exciting segments such as raffles where various prizes were given out to lucky employees. The fun doesn’t stop as team members compete in online competitions. The “D.I.Y Christmas Hat Contest” and “OBP’s Next Top Model” wherein the creativity of OBP staff was unleashed. Everyone also got to participate in voting for the winners in these exciting segments.

Offshore Business Processing also recognized the hard work of all employees of the company and gave out recognition to exemplary teams and staff. This is in line with OBP’s vision to have a company culture of teamwork and success in all of the things that we do as a company. As a treat to everyone, special performances by selected teams were also showcased.

OBP’s Virtual Christmas Party 2020 may look a little different compared with previous years but it will not stop the company from celebrating a year of gratitude towards their staff. Creating an engaging and rewarding company culture for its employees has always been the priority of the company. With this kind of mindset, our dedicated offshore teams and staff will continue to provide the best service and expertise allowing them to grow individually just as the company grows.
