Offshore Business Processing (OBP) hosted a grand close to 2025 with a memorable Grammy Awards-themed Year-End Party on December 13 at Space at One Ayala, Makati. This event is OBP’s biggest celebration honoring each and every employee for another successful year.
The OBP Year-End Party is an annual company tradition to go all out as the year comes to an end, bringing memories and enjoyment through spectacular music and fashion. The event also serves as a chance to reflect on the accomplishments and positive impact of the company’s year—moments to remember and be proud of. OBP employees’ participation and attendance to the event fosters teamwork, collaboration, and positivity across teams and departments.

The event commenced with a seamless check-in process, followed by a warm welcome from the CEO. Attendees then enjoyed a full-course menu accompanied by lively, modern music performed by The Moonjive Band. The event was made even more special as attendees celebrated alongside valued clients, adding to the warm atmosphere of the evening.
The program also featured a talent showdown among OBP teams, showcasing dynamic dance and musical performances. One of the coaches from the winning team, Clyd, shared, “The journey wasn’t always smooth, but that’s what made the destination even more meaningful. The bond and friendship we built along the way played a huge role in this win. Becoming champions wasn’t just about talent. It was about commitment, trust, and showing up for one another even when it was hard.”

Following this, several awardees were generously rewarded through raffle draws, while others were recognized for their outstanding participation in previous activities. Prestigious awards were also presented to employees amid enthusiastic applause. The Manager of the Year, Kristine Besa, shared, “This recognition is not mine alone—it is a reflection of the collaboration, trust, and unwavering support of the incredible people I work with. Over the past 10 years, there have been challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt, but each obstacle is an opportunity to grow and be better every day.”

The program concluded with an inspiring speech from the co-founder and managing director, complemented by memorable video presentations that left a lasting impression on the company. The evening then transitioned into a night filled with celebration and entertainment.
This successful event was organized by OBP’s dedicated Employee Engagement team in collaboration with ICorp Events and Production. Through careful planning, creative production, and seamless execution, they delivered an unforgettable experience for all attendees, bringing the year to a remarkable close.
Embarking on a new year is always an opportunity to expand and improve our services. Looking ahead, OBP remains committed to innovative solutions while fostering stronger client partnerships and employee engagement.
